I found Sam and his team when I was struggling to get a builder to replace the downstairs concrete floors in my 70 year old home which were in a poor condition overall. Sam and his team worked diligently and completed the project within the promised timeframe, and I was thoroughly impressed with their skills, professionalism and how tidy they were, for such a messy job! They even covered my new tarmac driveway with protective sheets to keep it like new! The guys were very friendly and were keen to answer any questions I had and kept me fully informed on the progress of the job. After completing my floors, I used Sam and the team again to take down an unused chimney stack, and yet again….a first class job! I would highly recommend Sam and his team. We have had lots of work done by them over the last few years. New bathroom, PVC sills, fascias and guttering. Composite decking which is fantastic, no maintenance at all!! We have also had plastering and pointing done and new wooden floors laid. Nothing is too big a challenge for these guys. All jobs were done to the highest standard, and everywhere was left spotless once the work was completed. Having employed several builders in the past I am delighted to finally have a builder who turns up on time, is very reasonably priced and employs a highly qualified and professional team.
