Terlecki Ltd

The customer had recently bought a property and contacted Terlecki Ltd after being referred by their family who had previously worked with Terlecki Ltd. 

The Design and Build project scope included a pre-construction service including design, materials and selections service and the building and installation service. The works included reworking the floor-plan, a new; kitchen, bathroom, bespoke utility and boot room. Demolition, sub-floor preparation, partition walls, boarding, coving and plastering. New fuse-board, electrics and lighting. New radiators and pipework. Flooring and tiling throughout. New french doors. New doors, skirtings and architraves. Decoration throughout. Bespoke fitted furniture in dining room, utility, lounge and boot room.Furnishings installation.

Terlecki Ltd designed and built a new extension with bifold doors and roof lantern, underfloor heating and stone tiling as well as converting a garage to create an integrated space with the new extension. The new garage conversion included bespoke fitted furniture for a dedicated utility area, a boot room and kids storage and workstation.

Customer was referred to Terlecki Ltd by a kitchen retailer. The customer had moved into the new home and was not satisfied with the contractor that had started the work. Terlecki Ltd was initially contracted to complete and full kitchen installation but ended up assisting the customer in renovating multiple rooms including;

Decoration through-out, electrics and lighting, design, supply and installation of new utility room and design, supply, manufacture of new fitted furniture in master bedroom. Skirtings, picture rail and architraves through-out. New Radiators. Furnishings installation.

Customer bought a flat in Maidstone as a second home to help with commuting. The flat required extensive renovation through-out. Terlecki Ltd were instructed to carry out the works.

The scope included; kitchen installation, bespoke fitted furniture, electrics and lighting, flooring throughout, extensive wall and ceiling repair and preparation, decoration throughout, new doors, tiling and furnishings installation.
