Complete rip out including rewire, board change, removal of all plaster board. Re board and fit kitchen including tiling of floor with underfloor heating. All painting completed. Managed from start to completion and sign off by customer - See customer testimonial below - PLEASE DO NOT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE FOR SOMEONE TO DO YOUR KITCHEN. As essentially you would be wasting your time the attitude, planning, quality of work, professionalism and attention to detail is simply outstanding there is no other word for it having searched high and low for someone to trust, TH Developments came highly recommended by two separate sources and thankfully we called upon his services. Everything you ask of this company is actioned no question is too small they explain what needs to be done and why and involves the customer as much or as little as they want. The work they carried out was a complete refit of our kitchen and utility room including knocking down and building walls taking up and laying of floors with underfloor heating , essentially a complete rewire of the kitchen plus the installation of the kitchen itself, they manage the whole project from start to finish. working with you for an outstanding end result and trust me our kitchen is simply outstanding, my other half is now planning the en suite and downstairs cloakroom refurbishment !!!!!

1960's property completely gutted and renovated to customer specifications including new bathroom, kitchen new central heating, windows, plastering, rewire, re plumb, decorate and completion of all flooring. Customer testimonial :- "In 2012 I purchased my 3 bedroom house which was in desperate need of updating. You name it and it needed replacing. The job was posted on the FMB Website where I received a few contact details and Tony (TH Developments) was one of those who contacted me. I met with a few of these builders and immediately connected with Tony. He is a very down to earth guy who understood my needs, my tastes, requirements and of course the budget that I had to spend. The job was started in February 2013 and took 6 weeks to complete. In this time Tony planned and organised the replacement of the Kitchen, Bathroom, Central Heating throughout, new double glazing, wiring update and complete update of the entire property. As with any big job there were a few issues that arose, but these were dealt with professionally and swiftly by Tony and the team. Tony took the entire job under his wing and has transformed my property into a fantastic home. The job was done better than origionally expected, with Tony being very flexible to my requirements before and during the work and also managed to supply a better spec Kitchen, amongst other things, than originally planned and for the same price as quoted.
