NEW BUILDS/EXTENSIONS - We can help with the design or even liaise with your builder and help construct you a long term, eco friendly roof. We can build warm roofs and cold roofs dependant on your insulation requirements.
 
REPAIRS/RE-ROOFS - We can rip up or overlay on existing old felt roofs. One method is a fully adhered fleece back membrane, this bonds to surfaces such as timber, brick, felt, insulation. 
 
Your flat roof area could even be turned into a space for solar panels, a green roof or decking area.

The client had a recent survey on the property before she brought it and knowing all the underlying problems the poorly installed failing felt roof was causing after she brought the property. The client contacted the flat roofing company addressing the problems she had occurred we all agreed the best option to stop any problems in the future and assurance of longevity and performance.
 
Existing felt roof is failing miserably with sections of blistering water under the felt system that had previously been installed and felt. I find it hard to understand how someone has installed this for a customer.
 
We done a complete strip off taking it down to the existing joists and insulation these being in pretty good condition considering. New 18mm marine plywood was installed to existing joists and a new opening for skylight created. Evalon VSK was fully adhered to new ply substrate. Old ridge tiles wee taken off and this allowed us to re-ply and membrane the parapet wall. Once completed the existing ridges were installed.

Witchampton

Recent project finished in witchampton last week. A timber roof created with furring’s on new fantastic timber oak extension, and falls created to minimize any standing water. A new plywood substrate was installed on existing roof for a great flat finish. Alwitra Evalon VSK single membrane was laid and fully adhered to 18mm plywood deck. Finished with a 125mm water check and 100mm drip detail. Black Ogee style guttering and downpipes were supplied and installed to customers specification. Customer was very happy with the great workmanship, professionalism and left an amazing review.
