This job came about by recommendation from a job we had carried out months earlier. We introduced the customer to an architect I use on a regular basis and have great faith in.After introducing everybody we got some plans drawn up which met everybodies expectations and had them passed by building control. First we had too remove an old conservatory dig up the footings before the proposed work could begin. It turned out to be a nice job with quite alot of structural alterations i.e chimney removal and internal wall removal with large uniform steel beams some weighting more than 750kg. All work was carried out safely and in compliance with the local authorities

To make this part work we had to amend the drainage in compliance within building controls exacting standards and stud wall out some space from the kitchen area with a space saving sliding pocket door brick slip feature wall.
