This project was to build a back extension and total refurbishment to the rear of this large bungalow. To include new real wood fitted kitchen with underfloor heating to wooden and stone flooring in orangery with vaulted ceiling and new fitted bathrooms.  
 

GEORGIAN RE-DEVELOPMENT

This project was the redevelopment of 2 derelict Georgian properties in the town centre of Bedford  into 10 luxury one and two bedroom apartments .  All apartments were completed to a very high specification but leaving many original features internally and externally.
