House renovation is a very stressful experience. I have to say Valy and the team do their best to alleviate this. Their priority is the knowledge that it is your home. Professional, tidy and responsive are words I would use to describe them. |We love our home now and I also have to mention Inese is the best decorator we have ever used. Attention to detail and a perfectionist. A great team!

We appointed Valy and VSM to do some work on our kitchen, including stripping out the room, bricking up an existing door, inserting a new French door and reinstating a window opening that had been blocked. They also laid a concrete subfloor, installed an underfloor heating system, insulated and plastered the internal walls with wood fibre and lime plaster, and tiled the floor with natural limestone slabs. They also organised for all electrical and plumbing work to be done. Valy and his team were unfailingly polite and very helpful from the outset, and incredibly hard working in what was some of the worst weather we had in late February 2018. They kept mess and dirt to a minimum and took away the rubbish at the end of the job. The quality of the work was excellent, especially their flexibility with regard to using lime plaster and wood insulation, as well as recreating the segmental arch for the reinstated kitchen window. Overall I would highly recommend VSM and will certainly ask them back to do work in our house and garden in the future.

“VSM Property Services have just completed their 2nd major project on our home; having installed new stairs, and redecorated out hall, stairs and landing. The job involved stripping old wallpaper and re-plastering the walls and ceilings, as well as removing the old staircase and replacing with new. I was able to leave the guys to carry out the work while we were on holiday, and they had all completed by the time we returned (1 week). Everything looks great and as ever has been done to a high standard at a competitive price. We have been so impressed with Valy and his team. We had a complete renovation project which included a demolition of the rear of our house, building a 2 storey extension with a feature window (Valy did amazing job with this) new kitchen, reconfiguration of our downstairs rooms, replastering and painting of 13 rooms, installing a new staircase. Valy and his team achieved all of this in the space of under 16 weeks. They exceeded our expectations with efficiency and enthusiasm, never once failing to turn up or being late, working in all weathers, staying late when it was necessary and being generally super hard-working!!. We are so grateful for their hard work and would recommend them to anyone. Valy gave us a very fair price for the whole project where some other builders either gave us an extortionate quote or some others just didn't bother at all! Valy was always available either in person or on the phone to talk through any points we needed to go through. Thanks again Valy!!!

We were very happy to go with VSM Property Services after consideration of 3 other quotations for our extension. The team at VSM completed the work within the 7 weeks, starting with foundations and completing with the painting and decoration. The team of workers were always polite, courteous and professional, cleaning as they went and left the site afterwards in a perfect state. We were extremely pleased with price and outcome of the extension and we'd recommend VSM Property Services to friends and family without reservation. The finished extension has enhanced the whole house and we are now really enjoying the Summer weather with our bi-fold doors fully opened and bottle of wine on the table!
