Mr Nann carried out a full and comprehensive repointing work to the front elevation of our property. Whilst working on this Mr Nann discovered that the brickwork to the peak was loose and unsafe. Mr Nann provided us with an additional cost to take down a certain amount of brickwork to a safe and sound level. We were happy with the builders price and instructed him to proceed a very worthwhile exercise. We have also have other work carried out by Mr Nann a new blocked paved driveway and an extension to our driveways. A new patio area to the rear of our garden. And finally remedial pointing work and also introducing air bricks to eradicate a damp wall in our kitchen. - DC
