S Farm Barn Conversion

We had previously carried out a major renovation project on the main farmhouse at this farm in East Devon. It had been hit by lightning some time ago and required significant reconstruction.
The challenge with this conversion was dealing with a multi-level site. The path up the left hand side of the property was originally a tractor track, so we created steps using large timbers.
It was important to ensure that the property would be suitable for older people. Pathways at the right hand entry to the property were kept wide enough for wheelchair access and the inside layout allowed for easy accessibility.
We carried out all the work on this property, including brickwork and timberwork. It now has two bedrooms, a bathroom, an open plan kitchen/living area and a conservatory.

Kerswell Barns

These former dairy barns on a farm in Kerswell - known as The Milking Parlour and The Byre - had fallen into a serious state of disrepair. You can see from the photos below how we transformed them into high-end, modern barn conversions, with beautiful finishing detail, whilst keeping a sense of history.
