The 28th FMB Scotland AGM will take place on 23 June 2021 at 1.30pm. All members based in Scotland are eligible to attend and to vote at the AGM. Due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, this year’s AGM will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams.

We are a not-for-profit organisation that is run for the members by the members. Each year, UK areas hold their own AGM.

The AGM is free to attend and for FMB members only.

  6. ‘Finding value in Health & Safety’ – presentation from Ross McKillop of Glasgow Caledonian University.
  7. FMB Scotland board: 2021 election results and current composition. 
    • Results of the nomination process and elections to the FMB Scotland Board.
    • Confirmation of the current composition of the FMB Scotland Board.
  8. Any other business applicable to an AGM.

Following the AGM, there will be a brief meeting of the FMB Scotland board. The items of business for the FMB Scotland board will be:

  1. To re-confirm the FMB Scotland President & Vice President.
  2. To re-confirm the FMB Scotland Board representative for FMB’s Managing Board.
