The inaugural FMB Central AGM will take place on 9 November 2021 at 6.30pm. All members based in the Eastern counties and Midlands are eligible to attend and to vote at the AGM. This year’s AGM will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams.

We are a not-for-profit organisation that is run for the members by the members. Each year, UK areas hold their own AGM. At the meeting we will transact the following business:

  • To confirm the minutes of the previous AGM.
  • To elect an Area President (Board Chairman) and Area Vice-President.
  • To elect Members to sit on the Area Board.
  • To transact any other business that is applicable to an AGM (this must be done in advance of the meeting).
