Complete renovation of a property in High Peak. This is an on going project nearing completion.

This is an on going project to demolish the existing dwelling and construct a new build home. We are currently at roof level.

New Builds


We have completed several new builds over the last two years. All of our new builds are covered by a 10 year new build guarantee, in order to achieve a new build guarantee, all of our work is inspected regularly . We have public and employers liability insurance which also has a Contract Works clause which means that the structure of your build is covered by insurance during the construction period until it is complete and can be added to your own buildings insurance.

Large extension Disley Cheshire


This extension was a substantial project to enlarge and add several rooms onto the side of an existing property. All of our projects are not only covered by Contract Cover insurance for your projects protection but you will also be given a contract with a clearly defined stage payment schedule. The payment schedule is based on completed work stages so that you have the peace of mind of knowing you are only paying for work you can see has been carried out. Our company Directors are also hands on tradesmen and will work alongside our experienced tradesmen as site managers on your project.

Cottage and Barn Conversion

We bought a 400 year old barn and cottage and in the peak district in August 2011

I can honestly say that I have never worked with such experienced, professional and resilient builders, despite the weather the job was kept on schedule. During the building of the extension we came across several emergency building crises and CAS came to the rescue. The main roof beam in the barn was just balancing and needed immediate repair by supporting it with an RSJ, the structural engineer worked alongside CAS in completing an excellent job, despite it taking 10 men to haul the RSJ. The front wall was crumbling, it had to be rebuilt whilst holding the roof up and CAS brought in two excellent stone masons to carry out the job. They helped us rebuild the original fireplaces and did an amazing job with two very particular customers.

Our home has been finished since January 2012. CAS has done an excellent job in maintaining the integrity of a 400 year old build and making it match with the original building. CAS also fitted the kitchen and their meticulous standard of work and quality of finish is exceptional.

Local people have continually admired the rebuild and people who are not aware that we have had an extension done are surprised because of the excellent workmanship and we are often asked for the builders details.

Given our experience with a truly excellent build team, CAS, we would recommend them to anyone. It was a pleasure to watch masters of their trade at work and finally to trust a builder again.

Knutsford Equestrian Property


The Project

The Refurbishment of a four bedroom Knutsford three acre country home into a five bedrooms luxury equestrian property. The property was given a single storey extension to add another sitting room and utility. The loft was converted into a fifth bedroom and the roof re-slated to incorporate a new dormer. Refurbishment of the three bathrooms and a new fitted kitchen completed the interior. A new double garage, stables to house four horses with tack room and a menage finished the build.
