Gable wall loft conversion. New boiler installation. New bathroom installation....


Charles Henderson Construction completed a loft conversion at my property 18 months ago, this includes: bedroom, shower room, new roof and replacement boiler. From the beginning to the end of this project Charles Henderson assumed total responsibility for overseeing everything and ensured that work was completed to the highest standard. Client wanted a large kitchen that open up in to the lounge.

We designed and build the kitchen extension as per below:

  • Prepared full working plans.
  • Pitched roof tiled with six large self cleaning Velux windows.
  • French doors with side glass panels with top opening.
  • Removed internal and external main walls and install steel beams.
  • Installed IKEA kitchen and tiles walls and floor.
  • Installed pine flooring througout the groungfloor.



Kitchen Extension, Internal Alteration Works, West London


Our client wanted to have a large kitchen/lounge so they can cook and look after the kids at the sametime.

We designed and build rear extension 6.0m x 4.5m as per below.

  • Flat roof construction with 3no flat roof Velux Solutions Windows to let large amounts of daylight through the flat roof.
  • Supplied and fitted 6no Bi-Folding doors made from Aluminium.
  • Remove internal walls and install steel beams where necessary.
  • Move boiler to new location.
  • Install cloak room and utility room.
  • Supplied and fitted solid oak flooring.
  • Supplied and Howdens kitchen.

Client contacted us about a loft conversion as they did not want to move as the kids where in good schools in the area.

They wanted just one rear dormer but we told them they could also build on the outrigger roof which would give them two double bedrooms in the loft.

We have worked for the client already, we extented there one bedroom flat by adding a rear extension the project went very well.

They gave us the loft project so we designed and built the two dormer loft conversion which gave them two bedrooms and 1no unsuite shower room.
