Extension and garage conversion

I am pleased to recommend David Gipp and the Tradesmen he employed in the construction of my extension in Little Downham near Ely. This involved substantial steelwork and cutting into an existing roof with an awkward valley. The work was precise and inline with the architectural specifications. The job was completed on time to a high standard with no cost overruns.

complete refurbishment and alteration of existing bungalow

THis project involved the full works. We extended it and completeley changed the internal layout by taking out the walls and re-configuring them. We installed two new bathrooms and a new kitchen, as well as undertaking some large scale structural alterations in order to be able to remove the existing ceilings and install some high level celestial windows to let light in to what was once quite a gloomy bungalow. 

The installation of aluminum windows, bespoke oak doors and seamless guttering also gave it a contemporary look from outside.

extensions to neighbouring victorian properties

On this project we crossed boundaries! After completing a sympathetic extension to a victorian property we were then asked to do a matching addition to the neighbours house. The main specification was to make sure that the buildings not only matched in with the existing properties, but with each others additions as well.

We were recently appointed by a local family to build thier new 4 bedroom house. The house was of timber frame construction, with brickwork around it and a slate roof to create the farmhouse look.

Two storey side extension and single storey rear extension

On this project we doubled the size of a house with a large side extension, which also had a single extension added on to this to the rear at the same time.  The extension compromised of two new bedrooms and an en-suite on the first floor, and a large living area and double garage on the ground floor.

we also carried out some refurbishment works to the existing house, plus boundary walls and a new driveway.

We carried out every inch of the work and completed the project within the projected time frame and to the fixed price that we quoted for the job. We recieved many compliments from neighbours and passers by on how well the extension blended in to the existing house, and the customer's were delighted with the outcome both externally and internally.  After these photo's were taken we also upgraded the garage doors to match the colour of the existing windows, therefore completing the polished look.

Two Storey extension to front of property

Once again this extension has been built to blend in perfectly with the existing house.

It took just 8 weeks to complete this project which added two new rooms downstairs and a large bedroom with en-suite upstairs.

It also incorporated a new heating system and update of the electrical system as part of the contract.
