As your project manager, I will control and oversee every detail of your building work from ordering materials to instructing trades, and checking/approving their work.
As an A4 KerbAppeal customer, you'll be entitled to our discounts (10-73%) on our many merchant accounts, and access to trade labour rates. This means you’ll pay much less for materials and labour used in your project.
Each week we will submit site accounts in the form a ‘Progressive Cost Record’ detailing the origin, date, content and amount of every invoice, so you can check progress week by week.
A standard building quote will always include over-estimates and contingency sums to absorb unplanned construction costs or other risk factors. Therefore, customers pay for these, regardless of whether they occur or not. With our unique project management agreement, a customers can elect to retain liability for risks, and only pay those unplanned costs that do occur-a significant saving even before work begins.

Our Project Managing service delivers significant cost savings when compared to a fixed construction quote for four principal reasons; (A) KerbAppeal charge VAT on management invoices only, not the overall cost of works. This saves thousands of pounds on an average project. The bigger the project, the greater the saving. (B) This firm’s exposure to risk is greatly reduced-so our customers benefit from lower build costs and reduced fees. (C) Whilst paying VAT on materials and some services is unavoidable, we make use of local tradesmen who are not VAT registered, as a company policy; reducing costs further. (D) Goods and materials are purchased from over 20 trade accounts this firm maintains; so our customers benefit from the same healthy discounts, driving costs down further.
