Flat refurbishment, new kitchen bathroom, radiators, P&D, Flooring and electrics

Canary Wharf Communal Area
We were giving this job by an agency of tower hamlets in which they asked us to renovate the communal area to increase positivity to its surrounding tenants
Oringinally the whole was block paving that had been there for many many years. so they asked us to remove them and replace with slabs. They wanted to keep their existing trees aswell so we designed a dwalf wall brick sourround for each of them
After 3 weeks of digging, screeding, slabbing, bricklaying, pointing and cleaning we finally handed this job back over to the agency and they were delighted not to mention the amount of "good Job" and 'Well dones" we had from the surrounded tenants
New Driveway Chingford
This client stated out with mostly soil beds and planter and all round muddy patches to their front garden. They called us in to see if it was possible to have a driveway instead as they were thinking to get a new car aswell.
We all sat down and agreed on a style, colour and pattern choice. We expalined to them the process of work involved and cost. They were very happy for us to start as soon as possible.
So we ordered the material and started digging out the ground. we had to dig approximately 250mm down to allow 100mm of MOT crush and 100mm od Sharp sand plus the 50mm block. this is to allow for the load and weight of a car or 2.
We compact everything down, screeded off and got to laying. The whole job took 5 days to complete and the client was extremely happy with their posh front driveway
Kitchen conversion/ adaptation
This job involved us completely ripping out the existing kitchen. There was a small toilet in the corner which needed removing. New steel lintels and columns where put in to support the ceiling. New roof with sky light windows alog side a widened patio door on sliders. New boiler and centraling Heating system was put in along with new Gas mains. This was carried out by our qualified Gas Safe engineer. New electrics throughout. The floors where self levelled and tiled using detra matting. New plastering works to ceiling and walls.
The Client opted for a WREN Kitchen which was fitted by us. The rest of the house Consisted of us replastering everywhere. two unsuite Bathrooms. Complete redecoration throughout, new flooring and Glass panelled banisters. The Client at first wasnt quite sure on what they wanted but as the job went on we was able to suggest and work together with the client to really bring thier vision to life and adapted it into more than they could imagine. they where over the moon with everything and said they would get us to work for them again howver we have completed their whole house already.
