Single Storey Extension


This project was a ground floor kitchen/dining room extension to a large semi- detached Victorian property.Special facing bricks sourced to match the existing proved difficult but a close match was eventually discovered.

Access to the site was not easy but overcome with patience.The walls are of standard cavity construction with a bespoke aluminium glazed roofing system.

Sections of the external and internal walls were removed to create a large open plan and light living space.

Single Storey Extension


A ground floor lounge/ dining room extension to the rear of a modern brick built property.

Due to the removal of the majority of the rear ground floor external wall substantial steelwork and reinforcement was necessary in the initial construction works.

Facing bricks to match the existing ensured an aesthetically pleasing continuation of the brickwork.

By removing the original external wall this created a large living and dining area without affecting the integrity of the property.
