Ground floor renovation inc. structural work and new kitchen, Enfield

Having worked on a neighbouring property, our client requested our services to execute a project that had been planned for a while. 

Our scope included creating an open plan kitchen/dining area, laying bamboo flooring, bespoke inlay cupboard, an Urban Myth Kitchen etc

Large rear extension, front extensions and full internal refurbishment, Cuffley

Our project in Cuffley is a large, high end development, consisting of a 5m x 10m rear double storey extension with 6.5m bi fold doors and a box window, 2 portico contemporary extensions to the front and a full internal refurbishment. 

The scheme commenced in january 2019 and is due to take 6 months

New Build, Ware

Our new build project in Ware has recently commenced, with the block and beam having just been constructed. 

This 10m x 4.5m new build will fall into our design and build portfolio once the internal configurations are ready to be designed to the clients specification.

Internal Reconfiguration and Refurbishment

Our project nearing completion in Cuffley is a demonstration of our high end residential design and build service, having taken the project from concept stage, through to the building work completion and handover. 

The project is complimented by an Urban Myth Kitchen, featuring Wolff sub-zero appliances, stainless steel surfaces, a centralised media cupboard, de-cluttered wiring configurations, 6x10m composite wood decking featuring bespoke handrail systems, custom built gas fire pit and seating area, bespoke integrated kitchen units to the second utility kitchen, french polished walnut doors and stair treads with fabricated handrail and all finished with Farrow and Ball paint.

Double storey side and extension and single wrap around, including full internal refurbishment

Undertaken in Enfield EN2, the project was taken from planning approval through to completion with the client vacating the premises for the majority of the works. 

This complex scheme included a piled ring beam foundations, stock immitation bricks, 6m bi folds and retrofitted underfloor heating.
