Established in 2008, Ryder Maintenance are a construction company specialising in small to medium refurbishments in South West London. We cover both residential and commercial clients, offering a one-stop solution including plumbing, flooring, electrics, roofing, kitchen installation and decorating.

Case Studies

Refurbishment, Knightbridge SW7


When our client came to us, this seven bedroom property was in need of some serious attention. Ryder Maintenance refurbished the building from top to bottom, including completely decorating throughout and installing damp proofing. A cinema room was built and black out blinds were installed, bathrooms were retiled, radiators were fitted and the boiler was replaced. Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors were fitted to bring the property up to regulations. The outside of the building also had an overhaul; we decorated the front of the house and the rear patio was jet washed, cleaned and painted.

Commercial Project, Battersea Reach SW18


A commercial client bought a unit in a shell form. Working with their designers, we split the unit in to three offices. In addition, we were also commissioned to turn another unit in the development from its original shell into an office.

Renovation, Paddington W2


Our client had bought this building comprising 6 apartments, however they were in very poor condition and need of renovatation. Ryder Maintenance were commissioned to renovate the entire building throughout, including front & rear elevations, repairing the lift, all communal areas, roof replacement, rewiring throughout, installing new boilers & heating systems in to each apartment, new kitchens, completely redecorating throughout including the replacement of all fittings and flooring. The refurbishment has brought the apartments up to a corporate rental standard and our client was thrilled with the results.

Refurbishment, Earls Court SW5


Ryder Maintenance were called in by this home owner to refurbish their town house in the middle of Earls Court. For the exterior, we repointed, sealed and repainted the front & rear elevations as, well as reconditioning the original sash windows. Inside the property, the troublesome electrics were rewired throughout to meet regulations, the kitchen and bathroom were refurbished, new carpets fitted and the whole house was decorated to the owners specific requirements.

Refurbishment, Wimbledon SW19


 This property had been rented for the previous 10 years and so the new owners commissioned us to refurbish the house throughout for their own personal use. All rooms were upgraded throughout, including opening up the ground floor in it's entirety, requiring significant structural changes. We also added underfloor gas heating, a new kitchen and bathrooms, and the roof and garden were completely redesigned to produce what is now a beautiful family home.
