Residential single story rear extension: Harry and his team were reliable and courteous and the works were completed to a good standard and on budget. Harry has excellent project management skills and the project progressed smoothly and was completed within the agreed time schedule. Harry provided a detailed contract of works and payment schedule, through mutual discussion based on our architect plans, prior to commencement so that we both knew what was and what wasn't included in the quote and to iron out the fine detail. Harry has a good working relationship with building control and the completed works were approved without issue. I recommend Harry and his team and would use them again on building projects which can utilise his project management skills and building experience.
