Our Team can provide full estimating and tendering service to all our building contractor clients including main contractors and sub-contractors. This is where we started over 20 years ago and it has grown from there, we still have some of those original clients today and many more besides.
Sub-contractor packages are one of our favourite jobs and we have a long list of joiners, shopfitters, bricklayers, decorators and plasterers etc who find our service fast, affordable and flexible. This is also useful when it comes to finding subcontractors for our main contractors when they are trying to win work and grow.
Just send in the drawings and give us the deadline and we can calculate a cost for you, if we can do it, we will. What you will get is a detailed breakdown of materials and labour, plus our take on the attractiveness of the job, any risk elements we can see that need flagging including any assumptions made in the costs. A site visit may be necessary in some cases, but not in all.
When drawings are large in number or complex or you are short of time to put in a price and you would have liked to do so, give us an opportunity to show you what we can do, we can’t promise to do the impossible but we can always try.
