The 2025 awards has now taken place with nominations for the 2027 Master Builder Awards, opening in autumn 2026.

2025 Master Builder of the Year Award winner

R & M Williams Limited won the coveted Master Builder of the Year Award for their remarkable transformation of Swansea’s historic Palace Theatre. Once a derelict Grade II listed landmark, the building has been brought back to life as a modern workspace and cultural hub.
