Who can join?
- Our associates are local SME businesses who provide the products or services to support their local builders, including architects, building surveyors, quantity surveyors, planning consultants, structural engineers, health and safety consultants and training providers, including further education colleges.
- They are also local builders merchants, specialist manufacturers and suppliers.
- Because of FMB’s commitment to high standards in our industry, not just anyone is able to be associated with us, or to carry our logo.
- We will therefore carry out background checks on your business including financial checks, Directors background checks and searches of your online presence, and may ask for client references. We also require verification of at least one year’s trading history
- We refuse applications that do not meet our criteria, and carry out regular monitoring of our Associate Members, and you will need to abide by our Associate Membership terms and conditions.
