Garage conversion to Utility/ garden room.

Client wanted to convert an unused garage into a utility area and garden room. This involved a change of doors, blocking up side window and changeing rear window to a full length double glazed door. External walls rendered and a new flat roof including fascias and rainwater goods.Decking steps leading from new rear door to garden.Solid oak worksurfaces and undermounted sink with electric undersink water heater. New internal and external lighting. Insulated and plastered ceiling and all internall surfaces painted.

Main bathroom enlargement.

This client had a builder enlarge this bathroom by taking some of the adjoining bedrooms. He intended to fit the new bathroom himself but decided it was beyond his ability. He then contacted me to complete the work. Which included plasterboarding and plastering, forming studwork, plumbing, tiling,repairing floor and ceiling and fitting vinyl flooring.
