External walls rendered and a new flat roof including fascias and rainwater goods.Decking steps leading from new rear door to garden.Solid oak worksurfaces and undermounted sink with electric undersink water heater. This client had a builder enlarge this bathroom by taking some of the adjoining bedrooms. He intended to fit the new bathroom himself but decided it was beyond his ability. He then contacted me to complete the work. Which included plasterboarding and plastering, forming studwork, plumbing, tiling,repairing floor and ceiling and fitting vinyl flooring.

Andy was at all times very reliable and conscientious in his approach to the work and in his dealing with the family. His work is of an extremely high standard and the fittings used to complete the work were of a high quality. Andy’s approach was methodical and if we had any questions or changes he was happy to accommodate them or suggest better alternatives. We had a very small snagging list at the end of the project which Andy attended to very efficiently I got to know Andy a little during his time spent working at our home and I can genuinely say he is a very decent and trustworthy person who cares about the work and the people he is dealing with. I can whole heartedly recommend Andy for all your small building works and bathroom/Kitchen requirements.
