We built and extension, opened up the dinning room and kitchen and then removed the rear external wall to open the dinning room/kitchen into the new extension space.

We installed RSJ's to allow us to open up the spaces.

We installed new Bifold doors, patio doors and new roof lantern.

We installed new radiators, new electrical circuits, completed the plastering, and decoration. self leveled the whole of the downstairs floor to install new LVT flooring.

Externally we installed a new patio area, a walled sleeper wall

All the work was project managed by myself, and I controlled all work scheduling, building inspector visits, plus all certification completely taking all the stress out of the project for the customer.
