This project was recently inspected on behalf of FMB 17/12/2025 and the photos have been taken from the report.

The building works have been completed to a high standard especially the rebuilding of the gable end wall. The new brickwork is consistent and level. The mortar joints are clean, and the builder has made a successful effort to match the new brickwork with the existing house. The tiled roof has been laid neatly with all ridge tiles securely bedded. The Aluplast windows have background ventilation installed to all rooms, all windows and doors appear to be operating smoothly. The velux windows have been installed correctly with proper flashing. The new porch is well-constructed. The plastering throughout is of a high standard.

We did house renovation which includes pain whole house after ripping off old wall papers, flooring for the entire house, kitchen fitting, etc. Reza and his team did a fantastic job within the timeframe I have requested. He also helped to reduce the cost as much as he can and where possible reuse the existing items to reduce the material cost where he can. Over all it was a good positive experience for me and will def use for future work.
