Our ground floor extension was completed on budget by ADP late last year. The project involved a significant amount of remodelling of our house and as we were living in it at the time we observed the work at close quarters. At no time did we ever have reason to doubt that the workmanship and materials were of the highest standard. Alan Porter's knowledge and experience were invaluable in overcoming a number of unforeseen difficulties in the course of the work. We have no complaints about attention to detail or the quality of finish and are delighted with the outcome.

ADP Building Ltd initially carried out some work for us 7 years ago, replacing an old conservatory with an extension to form an open plan kitchen dining room. Alan & his team did a great job so we had no hesitation in asking them to renovate and extend an old cottage which we had bought. ADP were awarded the contract to completed the full build of a 2 house development at Lefroy Street, Coatbridge during 2018 and 2019.
The scope of work consisted of the following:
1. All propriety groundworks
2. Foundation and Drainage
3. Kit panel build from flat pack materials
4. Preparation of all service infrastructure
5. Erection and complete build of superstructure
6. Brickwork and stonework
7. Roughcasting
8. Internal 1st stage Joinery roughout
9. Plastering work
10. Finishing of all joinery works
11. External ground works and landscaping
12. Intermediator works with 3rd Party Contractors and Service Providers.
Throughout the contract Alan provided expertise knowledge and workmanship resulting in 2 of the best build properties in the surrounding area. Overall I am personally delighted with the quality of work and extremely proud of the workmanship and overall standard generated throughout by Alan and his team at ADP.
