I recently had the pleasure of working with Airsat Construction on a comprehensive renovation project that involved a double extension and extensive internal upgrades to my home. Airsat have done an excellent refurbishment of my HMO rental property in Bristol. The project was started on time and completed within the agreed tight schedule. The original quotation was competitive. Any extra works were priced and agreed in writing in advance, and carried out in a timely way. This was important to maintaining an excellent builder/client relationship. The communication throughout the process has been spot on. Many positive and helpful suggestions were made by Shahin during the works. They always came up with solutions, not problems. Shahin and his team have extensive experience in the rental property market and this helped enormously in their understanding of our requirements. The work has been completed to a high standard which we are delighted with. As always there a few small snagging issues and these are also being dealt with efficiently and without fuss. Shahin and Airsat Construction have done a great job and I strongly recommend Airsat Construction.

Very friendly, trustworthy and excellent workmanship. We had an outbuilding converted into a laundry. The project was completed on time and to budget. When they said they would be on site they were. In fact they were there everyday until completion. Shahin was easy to talk to and kept me informed daily of the progress. Any minor issues were dealt with immediately and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company.

Fabulous update to a 2 reception, 4 bed house. Designed and fitted kitchen and bathroom, rewired, altered plumbing layout, laid wood floors and carpets, decorated the whole place, fixed everything to a high standard. Communication throughout the project was exceptional, the project managers and the tradesmen were professional and courteous at all times. All complete in planned timeframe. A fabulous company, I would recommend them.

We appointed Airsat Construction to design our wrap around extension. They also carried out huge internal alterations. Not only they completed our project ahead of time but they did an outstanding job. We are so pleased with thd outcome we have recommended them to a few people.

Shahin did a good quote and was very helpful and knowledgeable as to what was required, removing an internal wall. The work was scheduled very quickly and completed on time exactly as required and promised. The builders were also helpful, cleaned up after themselves and made sure my inquisitive dog was OK and safe during the works.

I would have to start by giving Airsat Construction a huge amount of props for what the stand by and deliver. most knowledgable, easiest people to deal with. Mr Eslami's expertise in the property sector, coupled with superior and  excellent project management skills, is well proven over the years. We didn’t want to have to manage the project and were looking for someone to think of the things we didn’t. Airsat offered the complete service: we moved out for a few months and returned to our house transformed. Airsat were definitely not the cheapest quote we had, but no one else came close to the passion and imagination we were looking for. We are thrilled with the results! The team are fantastic: professional and friendly. Every detail was perfect and they had loads of great ideas. They were very courteous and treated the house as if it was their own home making suggestions based on what they would do if they lived here. Once they had finished they cleaned up, pressure washed the drive, and took all the rubbish. Nothing was too much trouble and they accommodated our requests as best they could. The company owner was always available to answer any questions and discuss any concerns we had even if it meant intruding on his own family time.

Outstanding standard of delivery within a timely manner.
