AJI Builders is an experienced building contractor for Herts, Beds & Bucks. Owned by Andrew Innes and son. Working in St Albans, Harpenden, Milton Keynes, London, Covering all areas of Herts, Beds & Bucks.
Our company covers all aspects of construction, with a focus on small, medium and large extensions and conversions, residential new build houses and loft conversions. My approach is to be direct and hands-on with the business and my customers' projects. With 36 years of expertise and knowledge from a tradesman’s perspective, we've built a large portfolio of successful projects.
I am a time-served carpenter who started in the industry during the 1980’s. In 1994 I began renovating flats and houses for property investment companies and refurbishing properties for wealthy overseas customers. By 1997 I had built my first house and still continue to build new houses as well as extensions for clients.
Once we’re on your build we stay, every day (excluding weekends), until completion. Stage payments and no making on materials.
AJI Builders can take complete care of your build from planning approval through to the final touches or, if you prefer, we can project manage your build for you. I believe that few companies offer the same service as AJI Builders due to our experience, knowledge and attention to detail. We strive to get the best result, on time and on budget for every project that we undertake.
