Albion Ra Ltd

Albion Ra refurbished our London 5 bed Victorian semi in 2024/25. The project initially involved replacing 2 flat roofs, upgrading our sash windows and refurbishing our loft and shared bathroom. This expanded to include remodeling our downstairs living space and many other items. Laimis, the owner of Albion, has a engineering background which, when combined with his perfectionist inclination, results in a very high level of workmanship. He is a creative problem solver who has his finger on the pulse of latest innovations in the construction industry. On his recommendation we elected to pay extra for vacuum glazing and Sika roof membranes. While budget and end date of the project slipped, this was mainly down to existing detects that were put right and the extra items we added to the scope. The project was well managed with change orders raised and approved for additional work items. I would highly recommend Albion Ra if you are happy to pay up to have work done properly.

Albion Ra renovated my penthouse flat in Brixton, South London. This was a back-to-brick renovation of every room, including a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, insulation, windows and electrics. My goal was to achieve a high-end, luxury refurbishment on time and budget. This is exactly what Albion Ra delivered. They have since completed other projects for me, and I have happily recommended them.

I am a property developer and Albion Ra have done a number of jobs for me, both on profit projects and my own home. Most recently he renovated a number of rooms at one of my houses in South-West London. As always this was done to a very high standard, with seamless communication. I literally give the MD, Laimis, a key and I had full trust that the job would be done. At my own home, Laimis and his team remodelled a number of rooms on the ground floor including installing a disability access, luxury wet room. The end result exceeded all of my expectations and my friend and family are full of praise. Laimis used his software to design the rooms in next to no time, provided spot on advice, and he fixed all the problems found when lifting the existing tiles and floors. Laimis cares about his craft, he does not cut corners and does not compromise on quality. If you want long-lasting quality workmanship then appoint Albion Ra. I've not been disappointed and nor will you be.
