Are a really reliable, personable, efficient company, led by Raj. During the project Raj promised to be reliable and do the best job and he didn’t let me down. He and his team remain could be depending on, arriving early every day and responding swiftly to any questions or queries around the project, working both reliable and flexible in the preparation, or project development. Communication as always open, to overcame unexpectedly challenges, always willing to offer advice or expert professional referrals (such as when we requires structural calculations). Raj and the team from Alfa Home Extensions recently completed my Garage extension and conversion for me to a very high standard which my family and I are ecstatic with. I contacted Alfa Construction London Limited to quote for my rear extension project after being recommended by a neighbor who had recently had an extension completed by Alfa. The scope of the extension included a vaulted ceiling plus conversion of an out door storeroom into a utility room along with 2 patio doors and 2 sky lights in the roof. The end result was a perfect 10/10. Its rare to find builders who have a consistent attention to the smallest details - made great suggestions and cleaned up at the end of each working day which made a world of difference as we were living in the property through out the build. Based on the recommendations from a friend, I engaged Mr. Raj to undertake a major refurbishment work in North London. The works involved demolition of old kitchen, undertake rear and side extension of the house, design and build a new kitchen, underfloor heating and complete refurbishment of the ground floor and the first floor. Mr Raj not only brought his A-team but helped me with Party wall award, dealing with a difficult and nosy neighbor, arrange building control inspector, procurement of boiler, doors, windows and other materials that was contractually my obligations. In every dealing, I was provided with direct and transparent pricing and guidance on quality and suitability of equipment without prejudice.
