Our build wasn’t an easy project, raising the roof of our barn conversion to create two double bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms and an office with large landing. When we first met Ben from All Round Developments, we instantly saw how knowledgeable Ben was, his ideas and enthusiasm was clear and this coupled with his get up and go attitude for the project put us instantly at ease. From the initial quote, communication and site visits we where confident Ben was going to do a great job and we where not disappointed. The build started at an agreed date, was managed with care, lots of attention to detail, and expert knowledge. The team looked after every element from joinery, plumbing, electrical and even bespoke wardrobes which is exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend Ben and his team for any project!

Ben was fantastic to work with and did a brilliant job of removing our internal wall and bricking up a door way. The house was left clean and tidy each night despite the messy nature of the job. Ben was knowledgeable throughout and gave advice on which bricks to use and how to achieve the best finish. I would 100% recommend Ben and will be using him again for any future work I need doing

Ben has been an absolute pleasure to work with as he project-managed and built our kitchen extension. His knowledge, skillset, workmanship and punctuality is second to none, and when required, he brought in trusted specialists for plumbing, electrics and plastering, coordinating everything. Ben was also happy to adapt to changes during the construction process, without any delays to the project itself. Our key requirement was for our chosen builder to be a good communicator, and Ben and his team did not disappoint, keeping me up to date at all points throughout the 7 weeks. Totally recommended.

Ben and his team helped me to complete our extension that was unfortunately started by another builder who didn’t have the same attention to detail as Ben does. The project was managed from start to finish and final minor snagging completed without any issue. We had been considering a new patio for some time and by chance came into contact with Ben Wardell of All Round Developments Ltd. It was a pleasure dealing with him. He offered ideas and advice about how to realise the plan and the look that we wanted and we were able to visit the local stone merchants he works with to choose the best materials for us. He arrived on time and worked hard all week to lay two patios connected by a path and to replace the garden gate. The work was completed on time and to an excellent standard. The finished patio and connecting paths look beautiful and have exceeded our expectations.

Ben was meticulous in his approach toward executing our renovation. Work ranged from internal structural changes to a complete re-roof. Ben has been the epitome of professionalism, always striving to deliver the highest of standards in everything he did. Due to this and Ben’s reliable, passionate and dependable nature complete trust in his abilities was cemented early on. If a problem arose; Ben would not rest until he had solved it. Not once did Ben allow any slight issue to get in his way or hinder his output. Ben was also able to successfully manage any subcontractors he used and liaise with building control to make sure he received all necessary certification for his work. Cost wise Ben was extremely competitive. The overall cost was extremely fair when the level of work he produced was considered. The highest praise we can give Ben is that we would definitely use him again and would most certainly recommend him to others.
