Loft Conversion – Davenport Road, Felpham Beach

We completed a full loft conversion at Davenport Road, Felpham Beach, transforming the existing loft space into a large new bedroom with a modern en-suite bathroom. The works included all structural alterations, steelwork, timber framing, and the construction of a new dormer, along with external cladding and full insulation throughout.

Internally, the project involved the installation of a new staircase with balustrade, complete first and second fix plumbing and electrics, full plastering, and comprehensive redecoration. Additional internal loft areas were boarded to provide valuable extra storage space.

The loft conversion was delivered as a fully completed and finished living space, ready for immediate use, with only the final carpet installation to be carried out by others.

Sunnybox – Rear Double-Storey Extension

At Sunnybox, we delivered a complete, high-quality rear double-storey extension, managing every stage of the build from initial groundworks through to final handover. The project included all foundations and drainage, full structural and brickwork construction, carpentry and roofing works, and the installation of premium aluminium windows and doors. Internally, we completed all first and second fix carpentry and electrics, installed contemporary bathrooms and a fully finished kitchen, laid all flooring, fitted skirtings and architraves, and carried out full painting and decorating. This turnkey extension has transformed the property, creating modern, functional living space finished to an exceptional standard.

Loft Conversion – Felpham Village

We recently completed a full loft conversion in Felpham Village, transforming an unused roof space into two well-proportioned bedrooms and a modern family bathroom. The project included the installation of a new staircase, all required structural alterations, and extensive timber framing works to create a safe, compliant, and practical new living area.

Externally, the works involved the construction of a new dormer, complete with external cladding and a new roof covering. Internally, we carried out all first and second fix carpentry, a full bathroom installation including plumbing, tiling, and sanitaryware, as well as complete new electrical installations with first and second fix works throughout.

The project was delivered as a full turnkey solution, including flooring, decoration, and all final finishes, resulting in a high-quality, fully completed living space that integrates seamlessly with the existing property
