Allen Building Limited undertook a substantial refurbishment of my 270m2 house, which consisted of the following works - Full internal strip out back to original structure - Structural alterations and internal reconfiguration - Co-ordination of removal of defective cavity fill and replacement of wall ties - Reconstruction and full fit out of property to include all internal finishes, doors, windows, kitchen and bathrooms/ wc's etc etc - Arranged the full electrical, plumbing and heating installation - Formation of parking area and garden re-profiling The works were completed over four months, with the cost of the works being exactly as agreed They provided a great standard of work and customer care.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Matt. He was supportive and gave us great advice before, during and after his time working on our home. Every aspect of the kitchen installation my Matthew Allen and his associates was to a “very high standard “. The old kitchen was removed and the new one fitted all within two and half days this included the plumbing, electrical, and gas reconnection. Matthew and his team were so friendly and obliging they couldn’t do enough, which was very reassuring. Each morning they arrived by 7.45am and really put the effort into doing a intensive days work without even having a tea or meal break. Matt reassured me if there was any problem’s to contact ASAP. Matt originally done a refitted kitchen for my daughter and this really influenced me in choosing him.

Allen Building. I recently had a major house refurb and 2 storey extension to a house in Penarth. I used Matt for the complete job. He was very professional in dealing with the architect, building inspector and tradesmen involved. Matt kept me informed throughout the job where alterations or additions to the original spec were necessary. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Matt for any building job, large or small.
