A S Homes were recommended by a friend, who had used them for an extensive renovation project. Our own project was very small in comparison and I wondered if it might be too small for them. Not at all. Peter and Lucian could not have been more helpful or easier to work with. All the workers were neat and tidy in their work, quick without cutting any corners, and very patient with our inquisitive dog. We engaged with Peter and his team for our house renovation which began in September 2024 finishing in Spring 2025. Any house extension is often full of stress and disruption but we found Peter and his team supportive and collaborative throughout. We remained in the house despite ripping out our kitchen, bathrooms and most of the downstairs and they accommodated us with a temporary kitchen, even including a dishwasher! I also had a 4 year old, 2 month old and a dog which could have complicated things even more but Peter’s team ensured we were safe and secure at all times within our own living areas and all workmen were very respectful and kind. A big mention to Lucian who drove the project to completion and bridged the gap of construction to us as customer and layperson. His communication, passion and work ethic is incredible and he made the process very much more enjoyable.

Peter and the team at AS Homes renovated our house in 2023/22. It was a big project and we moved out for the duration. We picked AS Homes based on personal recommendations and we were so pleased with how everything went. It was on time and on budget and Peter and his team were incredibly easy to work with. As I was handling the project on my own, I was anxious to find a company that I could trust, and one that I would feel would carry out the work to my satisfaction, with as little stress to me as possible. Peter and his team were recommended to us by an unaffiliated plumber who had heard good things from a few of his clients! The team completely transformed our ground floor (small one storey extension out the front, kitchen relocated to the back, opening up the entire back with bifolds) and on the second floor we had a new bathroom and landing cupboards plus the team cleared the attic of old plant and boarded across half to give us storage. From the very first visit until after we'd moved back in, Peter listened carefully to what we envisaged and fully understood our plans, sharing super helpful advice and recommendations. Communication was fantastic throughout the process and Peter and his team were always quick to respond whenever we had any questions. Enjoyed working with AS Homes - Peter and Lucien especially as they managed all the trades. They built a front extension; dug up all the downstairs floors and installed ufh; replaced walls / doors and installed new wet rooms; new staircase; rewired garage and parts of the house etc. At the end of 6 months we had hardly any snags to resolve. All the work was very high standard and whenever we needed to make decisions they provided good advice. No doubts in recommending.

Peter and his team at AS Homes, completely renovated the ground floor of our home, extending the property to the side and back almost doubling the size. To say the house has been transformed would be an understatement and it's now amazing area - so much more light and space. Peter and his team were first-class, the works took almost a year and all of workmen were excellent. Peter had lots of good ideas that we incorporated as we moved along and he worked well with a few other contractors that we employed ( a solar panel firm for example ). Peter even got us out of a messy situation where the kitchen company defrauded us out of several thousand pounds. We have recently re-engaged with Peter and his team to refurbish another room in the house and would have no hesitation in recommending him and the team to others.

AS Homes carried out a knock through and first floor extension for us as well as other major refurb work including a new kitchen in 2023/24. We spoke to several of their previous clients and everyone spoke very highly of Peter, Lucian and the rest of the team. The whole project was delivered smoothly, on time and sticking to the budget. With any work you are going to encounter problems, but what I found most impressive was that Peter would approach us almost immediately and always had a solution ready thus putting our minds at rest. Usually I am not one for writing reviews but in this case I just felt I had to. From the outset of our first meeting Peter from AS Homes understood our vision of what we wanted to create a new family living space. Having already used AS Homes for a new driveway and a garage conversion we had no hesitation in asking Peter and the team back to do our ground floor house extension. They listened to our ideas, immediately offering advice and letting us know the right people to contact to get the ball rolling in terms of design and planning permissions. The team was - as always- hard working, considerate, polite - not just to us but to our neighbours too. The space in our home just wasnt working for us, so we contacted AS Homes to carry out some major internal renovations:- - Knocking our toilet/bathroom into one, installing new walk in shower. - Making our airing cupboard smaller to allow box bedroom to become double bedroom. - Reconfigured door access to kitchen and lounge to allow more space. - Creation of two new storage cupboards. We are absolutely delighted with the work AS Homes completed on our home in 2023. We needed more space, and Peter and his team delivered beyond our expectations. Peter and his team transformed our house. They did a loft conversion for us plus renovated our kitchen/ dining room, 2 additional bathrooms and converted a shower room into a small utility room. They did a fantastic job and dealt with issues as they came up. Very solution focused, they always found a way to deliver what we needed. The detailing was done to a high standard too which was vital. We didn't move out so the work was done in 3 phases and they really did their best to accommodate our time frame. I would highly recommend them.
