The completed work was excellent and all the workpeople were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. There were discussions prior to the work starting and suggestions along the way, which did lead to a more expensive build than anticipated , but that was our choice and proved to be justifiable. Our build was during a time of difficulty in obtaining materials, covid and rising prices , and these problems were dealt with as best they could. Would have given 4.5 stars don't believe 5 achievable, always something that can, in hindsight, be improved or tackled differently . - Neil
