A former garage was converted into an extended kitchen and living space with a pantry store, seamlessly linked to the existing home by knocking through internally. An added timber frame improves energy efficiency, delivering a space that’s both practical and future-ready.

The project involved an extensive renovation and reconfiguration of internal spaces, creating a more functional and inviting layout.

Throughout the renovation, we made it a priority to preserve the building’s unique character, showcasing original stonework and other architectural details that make it truly one of a kind.

This bespoke project included the creation of a bespoke cottage and leisure suite, featuring a state-of-the-art fitness training pool and sauna. The fitness suite's comfort is managed by a Heatstar system, providing energy-efficient ventilation and pool water temperature control. Level access was provided throughout, and each space has been carefully crafted using Birch Plywood paneling.
