The extension and renovation of a 1930’s property. The project included the construction of a large two-storey extension at the rear of the property which led onto a large raised patio area whilst the original part of the house received a full internal renovation.

A family were in need of extra room so they decided to extend downwards to create a living space the full width of the house. They wanted to incorporate a kitchen on one side and a dining area on the other. A kitchen island was fitted in-between helping to separate the the two areas. Externally the clients opted for large glass patio doors that led onto a tiled patio space and astro-turfed space for the children. 

For access to the basement from the ground floor, the client opted for a powder coated spiral staircase with wooden steps which helped us integrate the new and old well. 

At the back of the basement conversion, we were asked to create a cinema snug area with a stylish glass balustrade which separates the two areas nicely.  

We also fitted a new brick driveway and retaining wall to the front of the property.  

On this project we removed the client's old conservatory and built an extension in its place. Once the rear extension was complete and we had knocked through the external wall, the incorporation of the new extension and existing kitchen space created a lovely new spacious kitchen dinning area. We also constructed a side utility room. 

On this project we completed a first-floor extension which consisted of creating a new master bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and modern en-suite shower room on top of an existing ground floor extension. Downstairs we also completed insurance work rectifying some damaged floors for the client and to the front of the property we constructed a new porch and hallway.
