In 2024 Baberton Solutions built our wonderful kitchen/living area extension. To say we were delighted is an understatement. Sam and her team were so professional in all aspects of their work and really cared that we were happy throughout the build. We can absolutely recommend Baberton to anyone looking for building works. Sam and her team did a great job on our recent house extension works which included removal of load bearing internal walls, floor installation, addition of a new sun room and provision of external steps and paving areas. Sam was an excellent project manager, coordinating and communicating her team’s work, plans and material deliveries. She attended site very frequently and we had complete confidence in her and her team who were professional, courteous, diligent, neat and tidy and attended site as planned. All works were carried out to a very high standard and solutions to unforeseen issues were proposed and executed without fuss. Other advice and guidance to improve the final look was also appreciated. We are very pleased with the finished build and would have no qualms in recommending Baberton Solutions to others.

Sam and her team at Baberton replaced our conservatory with a bigger and better extension, and carried out additional internal work to remodel our kitchen and create a utility room. Work was all carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. We also benefitted from their very creative and practical suggestions/solutions. We engaged Baberton Solutions for a side and rear extension to our home, adding a bedroom/ensuite, family room, and utility and giving us a new kitchen/dining area. Sam and the team were reliable from day 1, turning up on the agreed start date and every subsequent day until the end of the project. They never let us down and completed the project early against the estimated completion date. Sam was our main point of contact and is the secret to Baberton's success. She did a superb job of managing the project end to end, everything was on-site when it was needed and we had no delays. The biggest compliment I can give is to say the process was stress free for my husband and I because Sam had everything under control. She visited the site every day and was in regular communication with us, which put us at ease. She also went above and beyond to make sure the work was done correctly and to the best standard. On more than one occasion Sam stepped in to ensure her team had completed work to the highest standard and often came to us with suggestions to improve our finished look. She was also very pragmatic with unforeseen issues with the build and did everything possible to minimise any financial impact to us, meaning we only used a very small amount of contingency. Finally, where we increased the scope, the price for the additional work was also very reasonable. If you are looking for a reliable company that will work with you throughout the process and deliver a high quality build then I cannot recommend Baberton enough. We would not hesitate to use them again and have already recommended them to our friends who are about to start an extension.

I have used Baberton Solutions twice now. First time for work in my garden which included laying monoblock and more recently for a side extension. Both times I have been really pleased with the level of work carried out and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering doing an extension or renovation project. Having Sam oversee/project manage all of the work was fantastic. It made the whole process from start to finish very easy and the whole build was completed very quickly with efficiently.

Baberton Solutions have been on site for a few weeks building a family room extension and utility. I have been so impressed with their hard work and professionalism. They are also friendly and polite. Furthermore, the quality and rate of workmanship is excellent. Sam, the manager, is highly organized and answers questions promptly, nothing is too much trouble. All in all, and without reservation, I can highly recommend this company. 5 stars!

Baberton Solutions did a fantastic job laying a base for our new american barn stable complex. The builders were really friendly and efficient and the base was "perfect" according to Saltire stables who were putting up the wooden part.

We would highly recommend using Baberton Solutions to anyone thinking about doing any sort of building work or extension to their house in the future. We used Baberton Solutions to extend our semi detached house into the back garden and also to build an ensuite bathroom into our main bedroom. Throughout this time they were reliable, friendly and efficient at completing the job to a high standard. We were constantly kept informed about the progress of the build and were given some excellent advice regarding furnishing and decorating the new extension. I am over the moon with my new kitchen. Without Sam's input I would have ended up with a slightly modernised version of what I already had. Luckily, Sam has a great eye for making use of dead-space, and her suggestion of a breakfast bar has since become my favoured perch within the house.
