Existing client had some hanging tiles on the main house that needed some repairs. After removing the loose tiles we found a lot of the frame work for the turret was rotten. So with some scaffolding and internal propping we managed to cut out the rotten timbers and replaced with new treated c24 timber, new membrane then re fitted the existing tiles.

We were originally asked to install the floor beams as the previous builder could not fulfil their obligations. From there we took on the project with the client, working alongside their trades heading towards completion. timber frame structure, roofing, internals, drainage etc, kitchen installation.

Customer asked if we could go in and plaster a new loft conversion, decorate etc. After starting we found there were so many wrong things, structurally, we had to get an independent surveyor in to look at what needed to be done,( I must stress the original works were NOT us). The findings were som damming we had to take it right back to the new steels that had been installed. From there we took on the task of builder the clients dream loft conversion, right the way through to completion and sign off from building control.
