This project featured a well-planned extension to create individual dressing rooms for the clients’ children, enhancing both space and practicality. The new areas were fully painted and decorated to a high standard. The entire property was also re-rendered, transforming the external appearance. As part of the works, a new roof was completed using high-quality Marley Staffordshire blue clay tiles, providing a durable and visually striking finish in keeping with the home’s updated look.

This project involved a single-storey rear extension to create a spacious open-plan living area. As part of the works, we completed a full kitchen installation, including modern fixtures and finishes. Underfloor heating was installed throughout the new space for added comfort, and a large bifold door was fitted to enhance natural light and provide seamless access to the garden. The result is a bright, functional, and contemporary family space.

Baytree completed this project over in Knutsford, this project was to extend the current property giving a new master bedroom with ensuite, new entrance porch, new roofs and drive refinished to suit the ground levels.

This project was fully finished with Weber render which included repairing the previous builders short cuts.

This project has been inspected by an independent body as part of the FMB membership criteria. 

It is a single storey extension on the rear elevation of a detached house and the building of a room above an existing double garage. The rear extension is a sun room which has been traditionally built on piled foundations. The walls are brickwork below DPC level and blockwork above, which has been rendered externally to match the existing part of the property. The roof is flat with a large roof lantern in the centre of it.
