Bee The Builder, led by Radoslav (Rado), did an absolutely fantastic job on the complete renovation of our 1930’s detached house (including a rear extension, full electrics, full plumbing, underfloor heating) Rado was an exceptional point of contact, always just a phone call away, making communication effortless and keeping the project on track. No project of this size comes without issues, but Rado was always available and worked with us to find effective workarounds, ensuring everything stayed on course. He also expertly coordinated with other contractors, such as the glazing company, bathroom supplier, and kitchen supplier, ensuring everything came together seamlessly. The quality of work was outstanding, and every trade they brought in was top-notch. Special shoutout to Foreman Igor, who ran a tight ship, electrician Eugene, tiler Emmanuel, plumber Alex, and decorator Valentine, all of them were professional, skilled, and worked incredibly hard to deliver amazing results.

Very fast, professional and Rado has communicated well from the first contact regarding quote to the end of the job. We have asked for a shed demolition but will definitely keep Bee The Builder in mind for other jobs. Would definitely recommend.

Bee The Builder carried out structural works in our cellar to a high standard as per our Structural Engineer's design. They installed and maintained temporary supports, rebuilt foundations with care to avoid undermining the existing structure, and constructed new blockwork walls tied into the original fabric. Access openings and stair supports were completed precisely to spec. Despite limited access, and an occupied flat above, they managed the site professionally and kept disruption to a minimum. Very efficient, stuck to timescales and communicated regularly to ensure the works ran smoothly. Highly competent and reliable, I would definitely recommend these guys!

Simply - a wonderful company to work with. Starting from providing the most detailed quote when bidding for the project, to providing comprehensive, regular updates as well as thorough explanations around any changes that needed to occur. Weekly meetings were set up to go through the schedule of works for that week and I was impressed by the way things were run on site. I was delighted to see that the detail on paper was reflected in the exemplary workmanship that has been seen throughout the build. The fastidious manner in which the company and project is run means that the build finished on time - and this was a big 10 month build. I think it is testament to the work done that having now completed the project, if we were to start again or start a new project, I wouldn't hesitate to use Rado and his team. I would recommend these builders to anyone.

Bee The Builder recently completed a side and rear wraparound ground floor extension to our home, and we are exceptionally satisfied with the whole process. The initial quote was detailed and complete with no hidden surprises along the way, and the materials used and workmanship from all of the trades are of the very highest quality. Rado was absolutely committed to ensuring the job met our expectations, and his team were always punctual, polite, and respectful of our home (especially during periods where we were living around the works), and they left the site safe, secure and tidy each day. The end result is a beautifully finished structure, which we are excited to live in for many years to come.
