Hired Rob at Belmax to convert our loft to 2 kids bedrooms and bathroom. Really couldn’t speak highly enough of these guys.
Rob liased with our architect and building regs from the start and did a lot of the legwork on our behalf. He cane out and gave us a quote and breakdown, which he stuck to throughout.
Rob gave us a daily run through of where the job had got to and was always happy to try and accommodate any changes and additions we wanted along the way.
Robs whole team we’re friendly, respectful and easy to have around the house and great with our 3 young children too.
All in all the kids love their new rooms and we couldn’t be happier with the job. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rob and belmax team.

Rob and his team wee great!
Without hesitation he gave us 3 references of extensions he had built locally, all with glowing appraisals before we confirmed we were happy fir him to start.
He explained everything very well and was always reassuring. His time keeping on our project, even with small problems was spot on and actually finished 2/3 days before agreed date.
Rob and his team also supported us when we had issues with our own suppliers (which we sourced)
They were always polite, friendly and willing to chat over the phone at pretty much anytime. We have a dog and he was always very considerate of him during the build.
I would highly recommend Belmax team and their 5 star work/service

Rob was friendly, prompt and was very helpful throughout the whole process, from quote stage to completion. He organised everything. He made the whole job easy to deal with. His team were also great.
