Benning Construction Limited is a well established, family run construction company based in Newbury Park, Ilford, with a strong presence in Redbridge and the surrounding Boroughs. We pride ourselves on our high quality workmanship and level of customer satisfaction. Our portfolio ranges from residential extensions and new builds to a wide variety of commercial and public sector projects.

Working in Occupied Premises

The majority of our work is carried out in occupied environments. This means that we have to be considerate to the environment in which we are working and understand the needs of our clients, their staff and their customers. Prior to commencing work we ensure we have an understanding of how the buildings are used in order for us to plan our activities and minimise disruption. All our site operatives undergo CRB’s checks and copies can be provided upon request.

Health and Safety

Health and Safety is of paramount importance to us. We hold an outstanding Health & Safety record and continue to ensure that the adequate resources are provided. Risk Assessments and Methods Statements are carried out where appropriate in accordance with current CDM Regulations.
