Bermar Building Ltd is a specialist Public Sector contractor with over 40 years of experience in the Yorkshire Construction Industry, being founded in Robert Moon and John S Ludkin in 1973. We have unrivalled experience, expertise and stability. We are based in Bradford and work throughout Yorkshire.
We have been a Chartered Building Company since 1998 with a full range of professional company and individual qualifications, one of only seven Chartered Building Companies in Yorkshire. Bermar has won several awards and is one of the best qualified companies in the UK.
Our turnover approaches £12m per annum and we focus on the sectors of Education, Housing, Health, Community Buildings & Offices, Public & Listed Buildings, Special Projects. Most of our work and turnover comes from Framework Agreements and Long Term Arrangements. The contracts that we undertake are typically between £50,000 and £2,500,000.
As a company, we strive to provide our clients with the outstanding service that they require. We have successfully completed over 700 Public Sector projects including award winning schemes, listed buildings and schemes with time and financial restraints.
