This project was an extensive renovation & alteration of an Edwardian family home, The house was completley stripped back to bare brick and all walls & ceiling were re plastered, The house had a re wire, new boiler & heating system, original floors were exposed & treathed & Fired Earth tiles were layed in the hall new kitchen & bathrooms installed and tiled, chimneys were removed and original fireplaces renovated. The customer lived on site with thier family so much consideration was taken with the work for example installing tempory washing faclilties and tempory kitchen set up. We made sure the site was throughly left cleaned a tidied each night ready for the next day. The customer had clear visions of what they required so we made sure we had regular meetings & discussions with them to talk through the next stage etc. We have many more before during & after photots of this project.

Extension & Kitchen fit
This client required a kitchen/ diner extension & the kitchen to be fitted. The extensions itself we constructed within 8 weeks and then continued with the kitchen fit.
Bespoke Build Solutions have recently completed a side and garage extension for us, also a brick fire-place for a log burner. The Builder initially provided a very detailed quote for the work to be undertaken. The work commenced and was very impressive, Paul kept us updated with progress reports and of what to expect next. All tradesmen were experienced and professional in their work, whilst minimising the impact/disruption of the building work on us. The site was kept tidy and clean throughout the build. The project was kept on track despite bad weather conditions, the team remaining positive and more determined to work towards completion. In January of 2014 Paul and his team began our kitchen renovation and garage conversion. I am pleased to say that Paul at Bespoke Build Solutions provided full project management including handling building control from start to finish. He was also incredibly accommodating of our needs and requirements providing his expert recommendations throughout the build. The whole team worked diligently to finish the project on time and we're always friendly and polite. Three and a half years on and with no issues the kitchen (the hub of our home) still looks amazing.

Paul and his team removed the chimney stack from the external roof and made good the roof, Paul also fitted a tv and bracket for me. Paul was very professional he was able to give me a variety of options and I was able to pick the one that best suited my budget. Paul explained to me exactly what he was going to do and answered any questions or concerns I had, They came and got on with the job and left the place clean and tidy after they had finished. Thank you for doing the job and I will definitely be using your services again. I would definitely recommended PJC as they are good at their trade, and you have peace of mind that they are not going to rip you off, or do a shoddy job.
