This project consisted of demolition of existing garage & extension whilst protecting the existing 18th century thatched cottage. To build a 3 bedroom single story extension with two new bathrooms, kitchen/dining room, kids den, study & utility. Full renovation of existing thatched property. The main objective was to retain the character of the cottage and contrast with light, modern extension beyond. The design was carried out by Randell Design Group

An incredible contrast of old & new. This project consisted of demolition of existing extension, keeping the original thatched cottage in all its glory. Creating a single story extension with open plan kitchen dining/cinema area, study, utility, childs playroom, master bedroom, en suite and 2 additional bedrooms. Ground source heat pump installed along with latest Lutron electrics. Exterior clad with Siberian Larch and fully knapped flints. Project Year: 2020 Project Cost: £200,001 - £500,000

This project comprised single storey side and rear extensions.  Refurbishment of kitchen, utility and living room.  To fully render and decorate the exterior of the property.  This project was completed to a high standard 4 weeks ahead of schedule.
