Choose BNS after seeing their work at my friends house and my friend couldn’t recommend them enough.
We basically went back to brick walls, added extension, new room, new electrics, new plumbing, kitchen, x2 bathrooms, new plastering, new painting, new underfloor heating in whole house, new roof and the list goes on.
Ben and his team were always on site everyday, on time and always cleaned up the house every night.
One highlight for us as first time doing such a big scale project was how much experience Ben has, he gave us great advice, ideas of how to maybe do things better or differently and we took most onboard.
The workmanship and finish is great and with every project, any snags were taken care of extremely quickly and without any fuss.
I am now recommending BNS to my family members and friends.

Extension - complete refurb of 3 bed, 2 bath. k-render, new roof & resin driveway.
Team have been amazing throughout the project. The team arrive on time, there is always minimum 2 and up to 8 workers on site ensuring things move at pace and they always leave the site in a safe and tidy way, this was important as we have two young children. We have had to add work or make changes throughout the project and the team have been nothing but happy to do what’s needed to give us a home we absolutely love! So pleased with our decision to pay that bit extra for a professional, high quality and on time delivery team.

The workmanship and work completed by BNS are of high quality and have in many aspects exceeded my expectations. On several occasions when there were changes to the original design, Ben and his team have patiently and effectively accommodated my requests and have been very polite and reasonable in every occasion. Ben tries his very best to come up with a high standard of work and ensure complete satisfaction of his customer. I was kept up to date on the work and progress all the time which I really appreciate. A very positive, overall experience with the lovely Ben and Sophie who run a tight ship at BNS. I happily recommend them.
Saw many companies but when we met Ben and Sophie it was clear that they are very sincere and genuine and strive to provide a high value service through a personal and friendly approach.
Our GF, rear extension and WC conversion wasn’t a large project but required an element of diligence and care which Ben and Sophie made every effort to provide through their team, from day one. As is normal, some challenges occurred but Ben and Sophie consistently stepped up and rectified matters, if they were required.
Ben and the team stayed flexible and worked around all of the (inevitable) obstacles that occur during these builds, however, nothing was too big to overcome and Ben was always on hand to listen and provide his assurances and expertise… sometimes working late into the night but always with a smile. We're delighted our extension / conversion.

We met Ben and Sophie from BNS through a neighbour who was using them and I cannot recommend them enough.
They completed a structural refurbishment at my property including taking out a load bearing wall, re-plastering, upgrading the plumbing and electrics, fixing up the flooring and the windows which had not been finished previously to a good standard as well as numerous smaller items.
They listened to my ideas and understood and respected all the things that were important to me in my home.
Every person on the team was polite, friendly and approachable and they made sure that everything was clean and tidy before leaving each day.
We have lots more work on our wishlist for our home and I cannot imagine using another company after the experience we had with BNS.

Ben is a Rolls Royce of a man. A future titan in his field and someone i could not recommend highly enough. Ben has worked diligently and tenaciously through viewing multiple properties & always providing his honest opinion and knowledge, to the purchase & refurbishment of my dream/family home. All the above was facilitated and accomplished under COVID restrictions and a heavy stamp duty relief backlog. Despite some of the issues being complex and with conflicting agendas Ben & his team were able to navigate all matters with ease and the upmost professionalism. Professionalism being the key word as all staff were always uniformed, building & health & safety rules were always adhered to. Ben treats your home likes his own home & you can see this through due diligence.
