Sam and his team have renovated a very run down property into a beautiful HMO. He gave a clear quote for all the work, we came across some problems along the way but Sam explained everything and gave options. Very pleased with the end result and also came in on budget for the work quoted. Sam kept me updated on the project, he sent me photos and would call/text to let me know how things were going. Have recommended him to family and friends where he’s done some fabulous work.
